A pre-authorization is a verification and guarantee system adopted by hotels worldwide to verify the validity of credit cards provided by guests at the time of booking.
The pre-authorization is a temporary hold on a specific amount on a credit card and works as a sort of confirmation deposit. This operation does not generate any banking transaction on the customer’s current account because it is not debited. The authorization is issued by the issuing bank or the credit card network operator. The pre-authorization allows “reserving” an amount to verify the validity and financial coverage of the credit card provided by the customer at the time of booking. This ensures the availability of the amount for the final booking confirmation and avoids requesting a deposit via bank transfer or postal order from the customer.
If your departure time is scheduled after 10:00 AM, you can still use a luggage storage facility at your disposal.

We accept all major credit cards for payments, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
If you arrive in the morning and the room is ready, you can check in and enter the room. Otherwise, you can park your car and wait at the pool, garden, or bar.
In certain periods, if you change your mind, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the arrival date without any cost and receive a full refund of the deposit paid. Contact us, and together we will resolve this inconvenience!

The nearest airports are “Valerio Catullo” in Verona-Villafranca (100 km) and “Marco Polo” in Venice (150 km).
The Valsugana is served by the homonymous railway, which runs through the entire valley from Trento to Bassano del Grappa. After a 20 km journey from Trento, you will reach the Levico Terme station.
You can easily reach us by car:
- From the North, South, and West (through Trentino-Alto Adige): A22 Modena-Brennero Motorway, exit at Trento Nord. Continue for about 20 km towards Padova-Venezia, using the connection that leads to the Valsugana expressway (State Road No. 47). After passing Pergine Valsugana, at the end of the lakeside road, you will find the exit for Levico Terme.
- From the East (Veneto): as an alternative to the motorway route (A4 to Verona, then heading north on A22), you can use the Valsugana State Road No. 47, which starts at the entrance of the valley near Bassano del Grappa.
