Travel insurance

Any cancellations of reservations are unpleasant for both the guests and the hotel. Therefore, we offer the possibility of taking out trip cancellation insurance.
Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail, fax or mail).
Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
– the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances
– the required deposit could amount up to 100% of the booked stay.
Any reductions in the length of stay or number of participants are considered cancellations and therefore the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
The credit card will be used by the accommodation to guarantee the reservation: a pre-authorization* may be made to guarantee its validity and to charge the deposit, the entire stay or any penalties.
In case of a negative pre-authorization, the customer will be notified immediately by email or telephone and the reservation will be considered void.
The balance will be paid at the hotel the day before the end of the stay or on the morning of departure by Visa or Mastercard credit card, debit card, bank drafts or cash within the limits imposed by Italian law. Bank or postal checks, other credit cards or other payment methods ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
*What preauthorization means:
With pre-authorization, BellaVista Relax Hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part of it, solely to make sure the credit card is valid and to confirm the reservation. NO AMOUNT WILL BE COLLECTED at the time of pre-authorization, but will be collected for the charge of the deposit, any penalties as above, or at the end of the stay if you do not express a desire to settle the amount otherwise.
