The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not show up, they will be required to pay the total amount of the reservation, and it will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

Any requests for free cancellations received during the cancellation period must be supported by official documents confirming the guest’s inability to travel (medical or illness certificate).
