MEETING
Each room is designed to accommodate two people. If you have a preference regarding the person you would like to share the room with, we kindly ask you to inform us by the indicated deadline. In the absence of any instructions from you, room assignments will be made based on organizational needs.
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not show up, they will be required to pay the total amount of the reservation, and it will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
Any requests for free cancellations received during the cancellation period must be supported by official documents confirming the guest’s inability to travel (medical or illness certificate).
Rooms will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. However, you can access the hotel facilities starting from 8:00 AM. We still encourage you to inform us of your arrival time in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by the start of the conference, but no later than 10:00 AM. However, you can continue to enjoy all the hotel services until the end of the conference.
If you plan to arrive after 12:00 AM, please contact us in advance to obtain the necessary information for hotel access.
On the evening of your arrival, the restaurant will remain open until 8:30 PM. After that time, it is necessary to make a prior request to the facility if you wish to have a hot meal upon your arrival, but no later than 10:30 PM.

All rooms include access to the heated outdoor pool. You can rent a pool towel directly at the hotel. The bath towels provided in the bathroom cannot be used for the pool.
